I don't know if I have a favorite. I love live recordings almost as much as actually going to see the shows. This one is definitely up there though. I love this band, and the song is pretty hilarious (a tribute to Shatner). The best thing about this track, though, is that it reminds me of how awesome these guys were in concert. They were one of the great Moon Ska bands, and they came through Phoenix a couple of times in the late 90s. The recording captures the vibe of the performance really well. What it doesn't convey, though, is exactly how hysterical it is to watch a five piece horn section stumble back and forth across the stage (in perfect choreography) as if they were playing on the bridge of the Enterprise while it's under attack. This all takes place while each of them solo, culminating in a little homage to the infamous Kirk vs. Spock fight scene theme.
