Simmer Down Sprinter
I posted a few days ago about my friend Steve, and his art. I hate to keep pimping the guy, but he recently put up a page about his thesis project, a video game called Simmer Down Sprinter.
The game uses bio-feedback sensors to measure one's state of relaxation. The more you relax, the faster the runner goes. It is, in Steve's words, a game of "competetive relaxation". Awesome.
The details of the game are amazing to me. The cabinet and its graphics are very 70's track game style, and the graphics of the game itself are very Atari, laid over video featuring Steve as the runner.
My description is lacking. You really should check it out.
